What is the difference between self-tapping and self-drilling screws?

Self-tapping screws have a sharp point that taps its own thread into a pre-drilled pilot hole. Self-drilling screws have a drill-bit tip that creates the hole AND taps the thread in one pass — no pilot drilling needed. Self-drilling is faster but limited to thinner metal sheets.

What drive types do you produce?

Phillips (PH), Pozidriv (PZ), Torx (T / TX), hex socket (Allen), square (Robertson), slotted, combo, six-lobe, Phillips/slotted combo, and tamper-resistant variants like Torx Plus and TR-Torx. Drive bits available on request.

Can you produce screws with custom heads or markings?

Yes. Custom head shapes, logo stamping on the head, color marking, and custom drive recesses are available. Tooling charges apply for new dies — typically USD 200–800 per design depending on complexity.

Do you produce stainless steel screws for marine use?

Yes. A4-80 (SS 316) and SS 316L screws for saltwater service. Silicon bronze wood screws also available for traditional boat building and dock construction.

What is the MOQ for screws?

Standard catalog screws ship from 50 kg per SKU. Custom screws with new tooling require 10,000 pieces minimum. Mixed pallets help smaller buyers hit volume on multiple SKUs.

Can you supply drywall screws in color black?

Yes — we produce drywall screws in black phosphate (standard finish), yellow zinc, and white zinc plating. Custom RAL color powder coating available for visible applications.
