One Trusted factory. Every fastener your line needs.

Kbear Metal started cold-heading bolts in Pingdu, Shandong in 1989. Three decades later, we run integrated lines for forging, stamping, machining, heat treatment, and surface finishing under one roof. That keeps lead times short, quality consistent, and pricing transparent for our wholesale buyers.

Construction crews buy from hardware chains. Automotive plants buy from tier-1 suppliers. Every one of those buyers traces back to a factory like ours — and Kbear builds for procurement teams who care about batch consistency, certification paperwork, and on-time container shipments.

From raw wire to packed pallet

Six controlled stages, full traceability at every checkpoint.

01

Material Inbound

Wire rod and bar stock inspected against mill certificates and chemical composition.

02

Cold / Hot Forming

Multi-station headers form blank geometry. Hot forging for larger sizes.

03

Thread Rolling

Cold-rolled threads produce work-hardened, fatigue-resistant profiles.

04

Heat Treatment

Continuous mesh-belt furnaces achieve target property classes and hardness.

05

Surface Coating

Plating, galvanizing, or organic coating per buyer specification and salt-spray target.

06

QC & Pack

AQL sampling, torque-tension tests, dimensional inspection, then sorted and packed.

Certified processes. Documented results.

Procurement managers spend more time chasing paperwork than chasing parts. Our QC team delivers material certs, dimensional reports, and inspection records with every shipment — bundled and indexed for customs and downstream audits.

Buyer questions, answered directly

Practical answers to procurement, technical, and shipping questions we hear most often.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for fasteners?
Standard catalog fasteners ship from 100 kg per SKU. Custom fasteners that require new tooling start at 5,000 pieces. Mixed-SKU containers help smaller buyers hit volume breaks across multiple product lines.
Do you supply DIN, ISO, ASME, and JIS standards?
Yes. Our tooling library covers DIN, ISO, ASME B18, JIS B1180, and GB Chinese national standards. We also produce to ASTM (A325, A490, A193, A320) and BS specifications. Tell us the standard number and we will confirm fit before quoting.
What is your typical lead time?
Catalog stock items ship within 7–10 days. Made-to-order batches typically run 15–25 days for standard sizes, 30–35 days for items requiring heat treatment and specialty coating. Tooling for custom parts adds 7–10 days before production starts.
Can you produce fasteners to our drawings?
Yes — we work from DWG, DXF, STEP, IGES, and PDF technical drawings. Our engineering team reviews drawings within 48 hours and returns DFM feedback alongside the quote. We can also reverse-engineer existing samples.
What surface treatments do you offer?
Zinc plating (white, blue, yellow, black), hot-dip galvanizing, Dacromet, Geomet, black oxide, phosphating, nickel plating, PTFE coating, and ceramic coatings. Salt-spray performance ranges from 72 hours (commercial zinc) up to 1,000+ hours (Dacromet 500).
Do you provide third-party test reports?
Yes. SGS, BV, TÜV, and ITS reports are available on request. Standard tests include chemical composition, tensile, proof load, hardness, and salt-spray. We bundle reports with each shipment for customs clearance and downstream audits.
What are your payment terms?
T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment is standard for new buyers. L/C at sight available for orders above USD 50,000. Existing buyers transition to open-account terms after the first three successful shipments.
Do you ship to my country?
We export to 40+ countries including the United States, Canada, Germany, UK, Australia, Brazil, Mexico, UAE, and Southeast Asia. FOB Qingdao is our standard quote — we also handle CIF, DDP, and door-to-door logistics through partnered freight forwarders.
